This program will help you to discover and set the goals that will enable you to create the life you want and deserve.

Before setting goals you need to know what areas of your life need to be worked on and have some corrections made so that you are working towards the correct goals.

By completing the Wheel of Life, you can see visual representation of the areas of your life that are going well and those areas that are not doing well and need to be worked on.

The short course is 8-weeks and consists of the following modules:

In Module 1, you will also Understand the Why of Your Goals. You will go through the process of gaining a better understanding of your goals and why you want to achieve them. The more you understand your goals and their desired outcome, the more motivation you will have to fully accomplish them.

In Module 2 you will continue with the determination of your life goals as well as designing a life plan that will keep you focused. You will fill in worksheets that will help you with fulfilling your goals and moving you forward so that you continue on your journey to the life you desire.

Module 3 helps you to determine the costs and the benefits of making changes in your life. All change has a cost. It may not be a monetary cost , it may be a cost in the time you get to spend with your friends or doing a hobby. Once you determine the costs, you then need to determine the benefits of making the change. This module works through an exercise to help you to determine the costs and benefits of achieving your goals.

In Module 4 you start to actually set your goals. You will learn how to set S.M.A.R.T. Goals. Once you set your goals, that is only the start of your journey. You will also start to work on methods to keep your motivation strong so that you can move forward on achieving your goals.

You will continue to work on developing the right attitude for achieving your goals in Module 5. You will also be introduced to the idea of mind mapping. Having set S.M.A.R.T. Goals and working on keeping your motivation in the last module, you will use the methods discussed in this module to keep you on track for your goal achievement.

You should now have your goals set and your motivation should have gotten stronger so now you need to keep your desire strong and start planning a little further into the future. Module 6 helps you do that with developing a 90-day plan for achieving your goals.

Module 7 continues on the goal setting path by talking about overcoming obstacles along the way. Setting goals is difficult and there will be many challenges and obstacles, some internal and some external. By recognizing these obstacles and having plans and strategies in place, you can make achieving your goals a lot easier.

Module 8 wraps up the short course with a reminder about setting Powerful goals and the steps that you need to take so that your goals are attained and are S.M.A.R.T so that you begin to live the best year of your life.
