Content of the Program

This program starts with you completing a Wheel of Life worksheet that can give you a good indication of how in balance your life is. This is not a work/life balance exercise, but an exercise that will give you a visual indication of the bumps in your life that you should consider working on to make your life a lot smoother.

After selecting the area of your life you want to develop a goal for, you will complete a worksheet to develop your actual goal. You will be introduced to the S.M.A.R.T. methodology of goal setting as part of this phase.

Once you have your goal then you need to start the plan development. Again, through a series of worksheets you will develop and fine-tune your plan for your goal.

Once you have your plan, then you can start on your journey to achieving your goal and reaching the success you desire and deserve.

To keep you motivated, you will also have a journal that can be used to show your progress towards your goal. When you write in a journal, you actually can see when your motivation is flagging and take the steps to regenerate it. A journal also lets you know when you have achieved a milestone in your plan so that you can celebrate it and continue towards the end-point of actually achieving your goal.
