What is the course about?

This self-paced course will help you to start your journey towards a better you. This will help you to live a more satisfying and fulfilling life where you are in control and you know where you are going and have a good sense of how to get there.

You will start by learning a little about your past which bought you to this point in life and then, you will start to make the plans that are necessary to take you out of your present life and move you towards your desired life.

You will do a self-analysis of your situation then start setting the goals in those areas that need to be changed or improved and develop the plans to achieve those goals.

How do I do that?

You will first work on designing your Life Plan. There is no sense in doing all of the other work in the course if you don’t know where you want to be and what you want to accomplish in life.

Then you will identify those Limiting Beliefs that are holding you back. We all have these limiting beliefs but it is difficult to identify them. The exercises and videos will help you to identify your limiting beliefs and will guide you to replacing those beliefs with new empowering positive beliefs.

Next you will work on the completion of your Wheel of Life. This will give you a graphic representation of your life right now. After completing this exercise you will know which areas of your life need to be worked on to make your life smoother and more balanced.

Once you know where you came from now you need to figure out where you want to go and then how to get there.

The Wheel of Life will give you a few clues of what areas you should focus on but you need to have definite goals to set and plan out.

You will next do a goal setting exercise to determine your Primary Life Goal and some secondary goals that may be able to be achieved reasonably quickly to give you a feeling of success and to keep you motivated.

Once you determine your Primary Life Goal, you will then develop the detailed plans you will follow to achieve that goal. Again, this will be accomplished through a series of exercise and videos.

At this point you will have the Confidence in yourself and your ability to achieve the goals you set. You will move towards the better life you desire.

Now you are ready to begin to work on your goals. This will require that you maintain your Motivation and perseverance to actually do the work necessary. You will learn techniques to keep your motivation and drive high during the journey.

While you are doing this course, you will not be alone. You will have unlimited email support with me for a full 6-months. In fact you will be required to send me copies of some of the worksheets that you complete so I can give you some feedback on what you have discovered and what you plan to do.

You will also have access to a weekly Q&A Zoom call to discuss the work you have been doing or areas that you are struggling with.

At the end of the course you will have a good understanding of your past life’s events that were holding you back, but more importantly, you will have a plan that will move you forward to the life you desire and deserve, BUT ONLY IF you put in the time and effort necessary to achieve your goals.
